Now the native oyster season is over, we have changed up our taster boxes! This time, we're doing it with a choice of a small bottle of Prosecco or a bottle of Mersea Island Oyster Stout.
Included in this taster box is: 4 small rock oysters, 3 medium rock oysters, 2 large rock oysters, 3 cherrystone clams (any size), 1 lemon, 1 lime, 1 guarded shucking knife, 1 jar of white wine shallot vinegar, 1 jar of red wine shallot vinegar and choose either a 200ml bottle of Prosecco or a bottle of Oyster Stout.
